Mannon is a proud Wakka Wakka man who grew up on Gunai-Kurnai Country in Gippsland, Victoria. With a background in psychology, social work, teaching, and high-performance wellbeing, he has built a career around empathy, strategy, and strong cultural understanding. At SJ Hire, Mannon brings a sharp organisational mindset and a focus on professionalism, while staying true to his values of care, trust, and community. For him, it’s not just about hire solutions, it’s about creating opportunities, paying it forward, and leaving things better for the next generation. Scott spent much of his life in the high-performance world of AFL, where he learned the value of hard work, resilience, and the importance of getting the best out of himself and those around him. The game instilled discipline, teamwork, and the drive to show up with consistency and commitment every single day.
